Your inquiry information helps us understand and respond to your needs.

What you share

The standard inquiry form collects your name, country, email, preferred contact method, and description of what you would like to improve. You may also provide your organization, a service category, and phone or WhatsApp number. A phone number is required if you select phone or WhatsApp for follow-up.

How we use it

Manyang AI uses this information to review and respond to your inquiry. It is stored in Manyang AI’s lead system, and an internal notification containing your inquiry information may be sent through an email service provider.

Please share only information needed to describe your inquiry. Do not include passwords or sensitive records.

AI-assisted discovery

When you use the Manyang AI Assistant, your messages are processed by OpenAI to generate responses and help structure your inquiry. The active conversation stays in the page’s memory; Manyang AI does not save chat history or create a lead until you explicitly choose Send to Manyang AI. OpenAI may retain data according to its applicable policies and account configuration; we do not claim zero provider retention.

After confirmation, the reviewed inquiry, contact information, and an AI-assisted summary are stored in the lead system. An internal email notification may be generated. Contact details entered in the review form are not sent to the AI model. The standard inquiry form does not submit your information to an AI assistant.

Access and follow-up

Lead information and internal follow-up notes are available only through the authorized owner dashboard. We use Supabase for lead storage and authentication, Resend for email notifications, and OpenAI for the assistant. Hosting providers may process operational request information.

You can use the standard contact form to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion. Please describe your request without sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive records.

This notice describes the current inquiry flow and remains subject to final owner/legal review before public launch.
